We're configured for 2 adults and 4 kids, or 4 adults. Infant cot also available. Bedroom 1 has king bed, bedroom 2 has two 120x200cm twin beds. Please abide by the community rules, and any direction from building/security staff. Please note that the ID copies for all guests entering the property will need to be sent 7 days in advance of the stay (DCT & Building Security requirement). The property is a pet and smoke free environment. The ample kitchen has a few cupboards designated for owner use only, and are fastened shut. Starter supplies are provided (tissue paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing pods, cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, oil, salt/pepper). Please note our sleeping arrangements - we accept instant bookings for families only. If this is not the case, please reach out to us with a booking enquiry/request. Also, for instant bookings, please ensure that there is 24hrs notice - again, If this is not the case, please reach out to us with a booking enquiry/request. Please note there is a fair usage policy for energy/utilities/IT consumption, and any excessive use would be charged to the guest.

Meadows living was a fabulous stay! The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, beach towels and even toothbrush and shaving kit, if you forget. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very much at home in the apartment. Gary very kindly let us check-in much earlier and was super accommodating. Messages were always replied to promptly and full information provided. A true home from home experience in a beautiful apartment in the surroundings of Yas Island. Thank you for being a super host!

We were moving from the US to Abu Dhabi and we needed a place to stay for us and our two boys for 2+ weeks. We didn't know much about the area before hand but wanted to make sure the kids felt home as we transitioned our lives. Gary's place was absolutely perfect, it is less than 5 minutes from all the parks and Yas mall and also the Ansam building has a beautiful view of the city at the golf course with a great outside area with pool . since it is was a longer stay they also arranged for a sheet turndown as well as cleaning of the house midway. being in a new country I also had some questions and they responded to me in a matter of seconds. everything was well appointed and they had welcome snacks for the kids. I could not recommend the place and our hosts more.

Gary and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, even accommodating our late arrival. Their attention to detail and warm welcome made all the difference.
