The property is a pet and smoke free environment. The kitchen is very large, thus a few cupboards have been designated for owner use only, and are fastened shut. Starter supplies are provided (tissue paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing pods, cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, oil, salt/pepper). Please note our sleeping arrangements - we accept instant bookings for families only. If this is not the case, please reach out to us with a booking enquiry/request. Gary is an excellent host and went above and beyond to meet all of my requests. His place is a real gem on Yas Island! Very close to Yas Mall and all of the main attractions on Yas Island

The apartment, experience and hosts were perfect. The communication beforehand and friendly reminder on the day before, were very clear and responsive. They kindly arranged for a child high chair for us which helped massively, I don’t think there was anything else we could have needed, we felt at home from the moment we arrived.. which was at 4am, the security guard assisted us taking our bags to the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Yas Island and the parks, and standard of the apartment and complex is to a very high standard, you feel very safe, the pool is great to have on site and always a lifeguard on hand. I highly recommend the hosts and apartment.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.

This is one of the best Airbnb home I have stayed in. Very suitable space and layout to stay with our 4 kids under 10 yrs old. The home is complete with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here when I come back to Abu Dhabi. Our host, Gary has been very friendly, responsive and helpful. 😁

Naozaj skvelé! Hostiteľ reagoval naozaj veľmi rýchlo, pridal odporúčania v rámci výletov, pomohol s našimi dotazmi. Ubytovanie bolo vskutku krásne, čisté a musím povedať, že krajšie ako na fotkách. Už samotné fotky boli krásne, ale realita bola ešte lepšia. Naviac prístup do posilňovne, do bazéna. Apartmán bol v apartmánovom dome v rámci komunity apartmánových domov. Strážna služba, čistota, obchod s potravinami... V blízkosti ubytovania (pešo do 20 minút) 4 najväčšie zábavné parky v Abu Dhabí (Ferrari World, Yas Waterpark, Yas Sea World a Warner Bros park).

I had an amazing stay at Gary’s residence. Very clean, nice living area, quiet. Some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world you can see right from the balcony or pool. Would definitely stay there again with my Family.

Everything was perfect. The place was spotless and had everything we needed and more (bedding, bathroom amenities, kitchen cutlery and tableware). The apartment gives a sense of security, comfort and luxury and the hosts were extremely helpful and always available. Check in was easy, even with a family and instructions covered every detail. All the attractions were extremely close by and the mini market on site was a bonus. We had a great stay!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. First, the hosts went above and beyond to make our nearly one-month stay feel special. The apartment is incredibly well-stocked, the most of any airbnb I have every stayed in. From laundry and dishwasher pods to extra toilet roll, every pot and pan you could want or need - this place had it covered. The hosts themselves were incredibly lovely and thoughtful, not to mention responsive and flexible to our changing check-out needs. The location is perfect - golf course and sunset views, a wonderful pool and great facilities and Yas attractions on your doorstep. Big screen TV, good internet, comfortable beds - you cannot go wrong staying with Gray and Sush. Cannot recommend enough.
