This apartment was perfect for our needs - somewhere very comfortable as a base to enjoy the facilities of the Mayan complex and Yas Island's attractions, as well as the rest of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The hosts are really great - attentive and responsive - with the apartment very well set up to cater for guests. Would absolutely recommend!

Meadows living was a fabulous stay! The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, beach towels and even toothbrush and shaving kit, if you forget. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very much at home in the apartment. Gary very kindly let us check-in much earlier and was super accommodating. Messages were always replied to promptly and full information provided. A true home from home experience in a beautiful apartment in the surroundings of Yas Island. Thank you for being a super host!

Its a really nice appartment, close to the amusement parks, Yas Marina and formula 1 track. Gary is a great host, friendly and responsive. We stayed for 2 months, and recommend this place for anyone visitting Abu Dhabi for short or long stays.

We were moving from the US to Abu Dhabi and we needed a place to stay for us and our two boys for 2+ weeks. We didn't know much about the area before hand but wanted to make sure the kids felt home as we transitioned our lives. Gary's place was absolutely perfect, it is less than 5 minutes from all the parks and Yas mall and also the Ansam building has a beautiful view of the city at the golf course with a great outside area with pool . since it is was a longer stay they also arranged for a sheet turndown as well as cleaning of the house midway. being in a new country I also had some questions and they responded to me in a matter of seconds. everything was well appointed and they had welcome snacks for the kids. I could not recommend the place and our hosts more.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Meadows Living ! L'appartement était spacieux, propre et magnifiquement aménagé. Gary et son équipe ont fait tout leur possible pour que tout se passe bien, allant même jusqu'à s'adapter à notre arrivée tardive. Leur souci du détail et leur accueil chaleureux ont vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement à toute personne visitant la région. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! We had a fantastic stay at Meadows Living! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Gary and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, even accommodating our late arrival. Their attention to detail and warm welcome made all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area . we’ll definitely be back!

Certainement l'un des meilleurs appartements dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné. Impeccable, immaculé, confortable, magnifiquement et élégamment meublé avec des hôtes formidables, très communicatifs, serviables et sympathiques. Nous n'avons trouvé aucun défaut. Nous recommandons vivement !!!! Definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Pristine, immaculate, comfortable, beautifully tastefully furnished with amazing hosts, very communicable, helpful, friendly. Can find no fault at all. Highly recommended!!!!

Gary est un hôte excellent et il a fait tout son possible pour répondre à toutes mes demandes. Son logement est un véritable bijou sur Yas Island ! Très proche de Yas Mall et de toutes les principales attractions de Yas Island. Gary is an excellent host and went above and beyond to meet all of my requests. His place is a real gem on Yas Island! Very close to Yas Mall and all of the main attractions on Yas Island

Super hôte, très serviable, il m'a tout de suite fait sentir le bienvenu et m'a donné toutes les informations et instructions pour l'appartement. L'appartement était très propre et bien rangé, exactement comme sur les photos. Emplacement idéal près de Yas Mall, du circuit Yas Marina F1 et de l'Etihad Arena, et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Abu Dhabi. Il y a une épicerie et un café à proximité. Je recommande vivement et j'espère revenir très bientôt. Great host , very helpful he made me feel welcome straight away, gave me all the informations and instructions for the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy, was exactly like the photos. Great location near Yas Mall , Yas Marina Circuit F1 and Etihad Arena and only few minutes drive to Abu Dhabi center. Nearby is a grocery store and coffee shop. Highly recommended and i hope to come back again soon.

Séjour fantastique dans cet appartement moderne et bien équipé à Ansam, Yas Island. Tout était impeccable et neuf, avec des appareils haut de gamme et tous les essentiels soigneusement fournis. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème, et le généreux panier de bienvenue était une attention très appréciée. Emplacement parfait pour explorer Yas Island. Je recommande vivement ! Fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped apartment in Ansam, Yas Island. Everything was spotless and brand new, with high-end appliances and all essentials thoughtfully provided. Check-in was smooth, and the generous welcome pack was a lovely touch. Perfectly located for exploring Yas Island. Highly recommended!

L'appartement, l'expérience et les hôtes étaient parfaits. La communication en amont ainsi que le rappel amical la veille étaient très clairs et réactifs. Ils ont gentiment organisé une chaise haute pour enfant pour nous, ce qui nous a énormément aidés. Je ne pense pas qu'il nous ait manqué quoi que ce soit, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès notre arrivée... qui était à 4h du matin, le gardien de sécurité nous a aidés à porter nos bagages jusqu'à l'appartement. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer Yas Island et les parcs, et le niveau de l'appartement ainsi que du complexe est vraiment très élevé, on s'y sent en parfaite sécurité, la piscine sur place est un vrai plus et il y a toujours un maître-nageur présent. Je recommande vivement les hôtes et l'appartement. The apartment, experience and hosts were perfect. The communication beforehand and friendly reminder on the day before, were very clear and responsive. They kindly arranged for a child high chair for us which helped massively, I don’t think there was anything else we could have needed, we felt at home from the moment we arrived.. which was at 4am, the security guard assisted us taking our bags to the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Yas Island and the parks, and standard of the apartment and complex is to a very high standard, you feel very safe, the pool is great to have on site and always a lifeguard on hand. I highly recommend the hosts and apartment.
