We're configured for 2 adults and 4 kids, or 4 adults. Infant cot also available. Bedroom 1 has king bed, bedroom 2 has two 120x200cm twin beds.

Please note that the ID copies for all guests entering the property will need to be sent in advance of the stay (DCT & Building Security requirement).
The property is a pet and smoke free environment.
The ample kitchen has a few cupboards designated for owner use only, and are fastened shut.
Starter supplies are provided (tissue paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing pods, cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, oil, salt/pepper).

We had a fantastic stay at Meadows Living! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Gary and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, even accommodating our late arrival. Their attention to detail and warm welcome made all the difference. Fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped apartment in Ansam, Yas Island. Everything was spotless and brand new, with high-end appliances and all essentials thoughtfully provided. if you're done with staying in 5 star hotels and looking for greater independence this Apartment is a better experience. Amazing location great swimming pool and gym and parking very comfortable beds overall 5 stars.

Gary and Sush are fantastic hosts.
Everything was sorted for check-in and check-out.
Never felt like anything was a bother and their communication/instructions are friendly, clear and concise.
To top it all off, the apartment is great and in the perfect location for our trip.
Hopefully, we'll get a chance to come and stay again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!
We felt right at home here. A lot of heart and effort went into creating this space—every detail is thoughtfully curated, making for an incredibly cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and little personal touches made all the difference.
The host was super responsive and genuinely caring. We had a small issue during our stay, and the way it was handled was nothing short of impressive. Quick, professional, and with a level of hospitality that truly sets this place apart.

I can’t thank Gary and Sush enough for an amazing stay! Both hosts were very responsive and friendly. The home was perfectly located within Yas island. The home was beautifully clean and had such lovely thoughtful amenities left like toiletries, washing machine pods. I can’t wait to come back and visit, I would definitely stay back here again!

In addition to the excellent hosts, they make sure that everything you need is available without you having to ask for it.

Heerlijk verblijf, alles er op en er aan, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig en zelfs veel meer. De bedden en douches waren echt fantastisch.
Bij aankomst was er drinken en snacks wat heel aangenaam is als je laat aan komt. Ferrari world en een waterpark in je achtertuin en waar je geen last van hebt in het appartement. Ook verder in het appartement geen last van mede bewoners of geluiden.
Het appartement is zeer compleet. Goede WiFi en televisie. Praktisch een thuisbioscoop. Het circuit van Abu Dhabi is op 20 min lopen maar met de stepjes die buiten staan ben je er met 5 min.
Het zwembad was ook prachtig. Geeft uitzicht op de golfbaan en het circuit. En je kan er fantastisch de zonsondergang bekijken.
Het enige is dat het vliegveld van Abu Dhabi in de buurt. Die vliegtuigen hoor je wel maar wij vonden het niet storend.
Wij zouden dit appartement zo weer boeken, Gary en Sush zijn super aardig en denken graag mee in oplossingen.

I traveled to Abu Dhabi for a few days of rest and relaxation with my family and stayed at Gary's place. It’s a fantastic option for families visiting Abu Dhabi to enjoy the various parks and attractions that Yas Island has to offer. Conveniently located about 15 to 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi Airport, the location is just a few minutes away from the main parks, including Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros World, Ferrari World, and the F1 Circuit. Additionally, Yas Mall, an excellent shopping center, is less than 10 minutes away by car.
Now, regarding the apartment, the photos in the Airbnb listing don’t do it justice; it exceeded all our expectations in terms of facilities, modern equipment, cleanliness, and tasteful decoration. Gary and his team were always very attentive upon our arrival, providing recommendations on activities in Abu Dhabi during our stay and checking in until our departure to ensure everything was going well and to see if they could do anything else to enhance our experi
