This apartment was perfect for our needs - somewhere very comfortable as a base to enjoy the facilities of the Mayan complex and Yas Island's attractions, as well as the rest of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The hosts are really great - attentive and responsive - with the apartment very well set up to cater for guests. Would absolutely recommend!

Meadows living was a fabulous stay! The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, beach towels and even toothbrush and shaving kit, if you forget. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very much at home in the apartment. Gary very kindly let us check-in much earlier and was super accommodating. Messages were always replied to promptly and full information provided. A true home from home experience in a beautiful apartment in the surroundings of Yas Island. Thank you for being a super host!

Its a really nice appartment, close to the amusement parks, Yas Marina and formula 1 track. Gary is a great host, friendly and responsive. We stayed for 2 months, and recommend this place for anyone visitting Abu Dhabi for short or long stays.

We were moving from the US to Abu Dhabi and we needed a place to stay for us and our two boys for 2+ weeks. We didn't know much about the area before hand but wanted to make sure the kids felt home as we transitioned our lives. Gary's place was absolutely perfect, it is less than 5 minutes from all the parks and Yas mall and also the Ansam building has a beautiful view of the city at the golf course with a great outside area with pool . since it is was a longer stay they also arranged for a sheet turndown as well as cleaning of the house midway. being in a new country I also had some questions and they responded to me in a matter of seconds. everything was well appointed and they had welcome snacks for the kids. I could not recommend the place and our hosts more.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Meadows Living! Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Gary und das Team haben alles getan, damit unser Aufenthalt reibungslos verlief, und sogar unsere späte Ankunft berücksichtigt. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und der herzliche Empfang haben den Unterschied gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die die Gegend besuchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! We had a fantastic stay at Meadows Living! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Gary and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, even accommodating our late arrival. Their attention to detail and warm welcome made all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area . we’ll definitely be back!

Definitiv eine der besten Wohnungen, in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Makellos, tadellos sauber, komfortabel, wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit großartigen Gastgebern, die sehr kommunikativ, hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Pristine, immaculate, comfortable, beautifully tastefully furnished with amazing hosts, very communicable, helpful, friendly. Can find no fault at all. Highly recommended!!!!

Toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit – ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Er hat mir alle Informationen und Anweisungen für das Apartment gegeben. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich, genau wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Yas Mall, des Yas Marina Circuit F1 und der Etihad Arena und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Abu Dhabi. In der Nähe gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und ein Café. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich hoffe, bald wiederzukommen. Great host , very helpful he made me feel welcome straight away, gave me all the informations and instructions for the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy, was exactly like the photos. Great location near Yas Mall , Yas Marina Circuit F1 and Etihad Arena and only few minutes drive to Abu Dhabi center. Nearby is a grocery store and coffee shop. Highly recommended and i hope to come back again soon.

Die Wohnung, das Erlebnis und die Gastgeber waren perfekt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie die freundliche Erinnerung am Vortag waren sehr klar und reaktionsschnell. Sie haben uns freundlicherweise einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind organisiert, was uns enorm geholfen hat. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir noch etwas anderes gebraucht hätten – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt... und das war um 4 Uhr morgens! Der Sicherheitsdienst hat uns geholfen, unsere Taschen zur Wohnung zu bringen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Yas Island und die Parks zu erkunden, und der Standard der Wohnung sowie der Anlage ist sehr hoch. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher, der Pool ist großartig und es ist immer ein Bademeister vor Ort. Ich kann die Gastgeber und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. The apartment, experience and hosts were perfect. The communication beforehand and friendly reminder on the day before, were very clear and responsive. They kindly arranged for a child high chair for us which helped massively, I don’t think there was anything else we could have needed, we felt at home from the moment we arrived.. which was at 4am, the security guard assisted us taking our bags to the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Yas Island and the parks, and standard of the apartment and complex is to a very high standard, you feel very safe, the pool is great to have on site and always a lifeguard on hand. I highly recommend the hosts and apartment.
